Silent Years is our Bavaria 46 Cruiser. She is a luxurious 10 berth, extremely spacious ocean cruiser. With her linear galley complete with two fridges and a cocktail cabinet, light wood interior and positively cavernous saloon area she is always a popular choice for larger groups. Accommodation is in 2 large rear cabins, a master suite in the bow, capable of accommodating 3 people comfortably, a bunk room for two and a single saloon berth. In fact all of the cabins are massive, so the accommodation is infinitely flexible. Silent Years boasts the usual array of navigational equipment such as Chart plotter, VHF radio, Navtex and Autohelm as well as a Bluetooth music system.

Above deck, the spacious cockpit with a large cockpit table and twin helm positions, is ideal for entertaining and safe and secure for those days when the sea can be a little 'choppy'. The in-mast furling mainsail and 100% genoa make for sparkling performance both up and down wind. With her 60 Horsepower turbo-charged engine this yacht really is a mile-muncher and ideal for longer passages or for those who want to cover the ground quickly.

Crazy Parrot is the newest addition to our fleet. She will appeal to the sailors that prefer a high performance yacht. The First 40.7 is a Bruce Farr designed cruiser racer with a huge global following. The marque is regularly seen performing in 'round the cans' racing as well as longer offshore races such as Fastnet and Rolex Middle Sea Race. The rod- rigged, three spreader 9/10 fractional rig complete with a 2.3m deep lead keel, ensures sporty performance both on and off the wind. Crazy Parrot has a full set of cruising and high performance racing sails as well as several spinnakers and a full set of storm sails. The race instrumentation is B&G throughout with repeaters on deck so performance can be closely monitored. She is also equipped with a Class B AIS transponder.

Of course, it's not all about performance. As well as a large comfrotable cockpit and wide side decks, Crazy Parrot has three large double cabins below and two smaller single bunks in the volumous saloon. She is coded for 10 people but is comfortable for 8 for cruising / racing. For RYA training courses we will only ever put a maximum of 5 plus instructor on board. The galley is well appointed with a two burner stove and gas oven. There are plenty of power points throughout. All of this makes this high-spec yacht an ideal choice for a group who fancy some performance sailing.
